BATTLE 6:11 | ENDURANCE TRAINING

Battle 6:11 Sunday Endurance Training! This crew here, holy cow. Extremely impressed with the grit that everyone showed out there. We started things out with Yancy Camp’s Burp Challenge for the first 24 minutes, google it if you want to know what it is, it’s a rough one. If that didn’t kill everyone enough we followed it up with our second phase of the workout, a heavy carry/sand bag carry up and down the bleachers, an 800m run, and 200m farmers carry. We did 8 rounds of that. Thank you everyone who made it out today!! It was motivating to have like minded crazies out there putting in some solid work and pushing themselves. We’ll keep you posted for more endurance style trainings in the future and hope to see yall out there! Aroo!!
