For Time:
- 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Push-up + drag
- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Alt single arm power snatch
- 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Bear Crawl drags (each pull = 1 rep)

Example: Round 1 is 10 push-up drags, 1 Alt Single Arm Snatches, 10 Bear Crawl drags. 
Round 2 is 9,2,9.
Round 3 is 8,3,8
...and so on till you do 1,10,1.
